Reflection: After reading the iPad Starter Guide I realized that there was much more to the iPad then I thought. I have owned an iPad for around two years yet there are still things that I had not learned about until reading this. Split View is a nice way to be able to work on two apps at the same time on the same screen. To do it you have to slide left from the right side of the screen, then take the bar inbetween the two apps and slide it to the middle of the screen. Now both apps should be running and usable at the same time. As a future Social Studies teacher I see that Flyover is a tool that I could use when showing the students different parts of the world as if they were there and to give them an idea of what the lesson would look like. The Reader button option on Safari is another part of the iPad that I think could be useful in the classroom. For the students who are easily distracted, the Reader button can be used to eliminate any distraction on the page so that they can get the reading done. These are the things that I learned how to do from the iPad Starter Guide that can help me as a future educator.
